Traditional cottage charm meets modern comforts and conveniences! Located half way between the famous Pier and Ocean Park, this private retreat is just a 4 minute walk to the sand. Recently renovated two-family home with ocean views from the kitchen, living room, 4-season porch, bathroom, and master bedroom. All new Midea AC units throughout, installed July 2023, totaling 24,000 btu’s!
This second-floor cottage has all new stainless steel appliances, washer/ dryer and a jacuzzi tub. Included are two off-street parking spots, and a large fenced-in backyard with private patio with seating for 6 and a propane grill.

Very spacious

The ginormous yard and both units of this house provided all of our family plenty of room and enough space to not get sick of each other after 6 days

Guests should know a train passes by several times a day.

Very family oriented with a beautiful yard which we did not get to use because of the unseasonably cold and very rainy weather. We made the best of it in the large, cozy living room, being silly and having fun. We were three generations of women making unforgettable memories. Accommodations were as described.

Old Orchard Beach

The apartment was delightful, with plenty of towels, warm cuddly blankets for the afternoon naps after a chilly walk on the October beaches. Kevin was immediately responsive to our 2 (tiny) problems… very helpful and understanding. The beds were very comfortable. The living room, with its large sectional couch, was perfect for our late night sister’s weekend reminiscing. Wonderful!

We love Maine. Rented a lot of homes and this is our favorite. 180 degre view on the ocean while making our morning coffee, watching the pier fireworks from the living room, priceless.

Amazing place to stay in OOB

Wedding weekend

We rented both units to attend a family wedding. The units were clean, spacious and well equipped and bright and sunny. Wish the weather was warmer to use the nice yard.

Beach Getaway

My family and I had a lovely time at this property. The accommodations were clean and spacious. We especially liked the large living room and sun room with all the windows. My daughter enjoyed playing in the large backyard. The house is conveniently located - very short walk to the beautiful beach nearby and short drive to explore neighboring towns/cities. Thank you!

Beautiful Property Very Close to Beach

Loved staying in this beautiful property. Walk to the beach is easy even with little kids. Our 4 year old never even rode in the stroller on the walk to the beach. Everyone loved the jacuzzi tub. Beds are all comfortable, window A/C worked great and the 4 season porch was a perfect sleeping space for the baby in her portable crib. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are essentially off the common space (living room) so evening adult time may need to be quiet if you have light sleepers.

De très belles vacances

Très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage. De plus, une marche d’une dizaine de minutes nous rend près du quai où il y a les restaurants et les arcades. Condo super propre et très bien équipé. Cour arrière privée avec BBQ et jeux pour les enfants. Le trafic dans la rue tard le soir est un peu bruyant ainsi que le train qui passe tout près mais cela nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellentes vacances. À l’an prochain, si nous retournons à Old Orchard Beach. Thank you!

Great spot for a family

This rental was somewhat of a last-minute find and it turned out to be perfect for our family. We comfortably slept our family of five and were surprised at the cleaniliess across the board. The property has a great little fenced in yard to play around in and games and toys for the kids in the living room. Not right on the beach, but the walk wasn’t bad. 5minutes maybe. Very accommodating host. All around a great stay.

Owner very conscientious about ensuring we had a pleasant stay. A bed broke down the first night and he replaced it within a day. Had everything we could have asked for equipmentwise and squeaky clean. Seemed to be as described in VRBO.

We were in Old Orchard Beach for the M.J. Fox N.E. Parkinson's Ride on 9/8/18. Pleasantly surprised to find the rental very clean and bright. Everything that you could possibly want or need was there. The rental came with a big back yard, grill and table which was great. I had a personal issue which Kevin quickly addressed and solved. Hopefully we can rent this unit from Kevin again next year for the same period. Everyone was totally satisfied. Thanks Kev, Ken

Great family house!

This was our second time staying in the 2nd floor rental. We had 5 people & plenty of space. The house has everything you need. You can see the the ocean from the windows & because it's up on a hill, there's a nice breeze, but if you do need ac, you have it. The back yard is fenced in, which is great for our 2 kids. The owner was quick to respond to questions & easy to work with.

Very beautiful and comfortable cottage, great location

We loved our stay here. The location in a quieter neighborhood a bit away from the town center, but a quick walk to the beach, was perfect. The view and breezes from the second floor apartment on a hill were great. The apartment had wonderful amenities like a washer dryer ( great when you're at the beach) and a backyard grill not shared with the other apartment. I would stay here again.
