Tremlett - Saco Bay Rentals

Meticulously maintained end unit condo on a dead-end street is perfect for a family with small children.  There are two bedrooms upstairs with new mattress toppers (2025) and a sunroom that can act as a 3rd bedroom.  Amenities include new washer / dryer (2025), cable TV, WIFI; nice patio with gas BBQ grille & patio set. Now has in A/C on each floor and heat if needed.  The condo is a 2-3-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to Old Orchard Pier and amusements. 

Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed.
