The property owners/manager were very quick and responsive. The location is perfect. It is close to the downtown, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. We loved welcoming music when we unlocked the door! "I arrived earlier than planned and earlier than check-in time, so understandably my room was not available, but I was asked to come back in an hour or so and it would be - I came back and it was ready and it was prior to check-in time. Very nice. The room was also clean. The lobby smells great and is very clean!"
