"The service at the hotel was good and the overall property was decent. However, we specifically booked this hotel because there were evil our group and the room was supposed to include a sofa bed. While the sofa bed was prepared when we arrived, the mattress was extremely poor quality—you could feel every spring and even the metal frame underneath, making it completely unusable. We requested a rollaway bed instead, and the staff brought one quickly, but unfortunately that mattress wasn’t much better. It was mostly springs covered in fabric and still very uncomfortable. We ultimately had to go to a nearby Macy’s to buy a mattress pad just so the third person in our group could sleep somewhat comfortably. The staff tried to help, but the hotel really needs to upgrade the quality of their additional bed mattresses, or stop advertising that they have them."

"I like the hotel, the staffs were amazing, the location was perfect However the only thing that I didn’t like it was the my room was face the street and at 4am the noise of a truck loading wake me up. But besides the it was good."

"The Parker House is a historical property in a great location near Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. However, the property feels old and dated. Hallways aren’t well kept, saw an anima running along the floor one night. Issues with the electricity in the room, could feel static. Main light would not stay on. Overall, a disappointing Omni experience. Would not stay again. "

"Our favorite hotel in seaport, Boston. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel located centrally to seaport and is a bridge over to downtown and north end. Hotel also sits above the SILVER LINE, which means free bus ride from Logan to Courthouse and only $2.50 for the return trip to Logan. Best part, the food options around the area is incredible. Our fav is lunch at Flour. Also Yotel is neighbor to Trader Joe’s for any grocery needs. Hotel floor have filtered water station, a cost saving in seaport. Only complaint would be the finicky elevator and the non responsive elevator key card. If overall, we love this hotel given its room size handicap and occasionally ridiculous A.I. pricing structures. "
