"Very nice. Only minor drawback is some road noise audible in the bedrooms from the highway which passes by the back side of the property - easily solved by playing white noise or other sleep background sounds streamed through your phone, or by using simple foam earplugs."

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was very clean and well-appointed. In particular, the kitchen was very well stocked and equipped. The location of the house is great too...a reasonable distance from town. The pool and hot tub were only a short walk away. "

"Beautiful home in a great location close to Moab and outdoor adventures. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. The private backyard was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would stay again for sure. "

"It was great to have washer & dryer. Kitchen was well equipped. Our 6 adults had a wonderful time! Nice that the pool/hot tub was so close. Loved the views from the back patio. Location was perfect for our activities in the area. Loved that there was lots of parking for our 3 cars plus UTV trailer. Would definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay here. The space was clean and comfortably accommodated our group of eight. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and essentials, which made cooking for a larger group easy. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but we really enjoyed having the hot tub just steps from the back door. The views of the La Sal Mountains from the dining room and kitchen were a highlight."
