"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical fare. We were there Wednesday to Sunday they never bothered to get garbage or used towels/wash cloths from the room. Apparently you have to request what should be an automatic service. We won’t be back."

"The parking lot was FULL 2 nights out of the 4 nights that I stayed, requiring my car to be illegally parked when I arrived at night. The lot is not that big anyway. The room servant came the LAST night I was there. Someone should come on the 2nd night of a stay. I don't like to use the same towel every night. And I brought my own washcloth and the room servant took it, thinking it was theirs. I didn't know or forgot anyone was coming. I DON'T need anything replenished the day BEFORE I check out. Maybe it's their 3-night policy, which for me happened to be my last night. Other than those 3 nuisance, my stay was fine."

"We did not have any hot water for our entire trip elevators kept breaking stranding us on the elevator. Then when checking out elevators were down completely and had to walk down nine flights of stairs with our luggage. "

"When I drove up, I was immediately dismayed at the location and condition of the property and was concerned for the safety of my car in the parking lot. All rooms had outside doors, which is never a good sign. I checked in without incident, good or bad. When I arrived at my room I noticed that it was next to a stairwell at the busiest and loudest part of the building. Until 2 a.m. there were loud voices and running outside my door. When I walked into my room I was hit with the odor of cigarette smoke, even though the property claims to have strict no smoking rules. The appearance was drab and stained. There was no place to use my computer; I had to sit on the bed and slump over my computer to get my work done. The sink and bathtub were stained. The shower curtain had a big spot of some kind. The bath towels were stained as well. The door had huge scuffs on both sides of it, as did the floor. The bedspread looked stained as well, and I had serious misgivings about crawling between the sheets. I checked for bedbugs and didn't find any, so I did get into the bed. I will definitely never stay in this particular hotel again, and perhaps not any Super 8. I felt unsafe, and the property needs work. "

"The breakfast menu was adequate, actually pretty good. The parking was great, as it accommodated our truck and trailer nicely."
