Excellent property in a perfect location to walk to most of the historic sites and local businesses. It is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food service is great. A wonderful stay.

The Richard Johnston Inn & 1890 Caroline House
Our room was fantastic. The staff is great and their breakfast offering was delicious and nutritious. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Beautifully Renovated 3 level Unit in Historic Downtown Fredericksburg
It was not a 2 bedroom as listed. It is a one bedroom with a downstairs living area that has a day bed. The kitchen needs more plates, bowls and utensils.

Excellent staff. Rooms a bit shabby but tolerable. Breakfast below average. Yogurt machine inoperative. Only white highly processed bread limited selection of quality food. Coffee was excellent. Limited condiments
