Room wasn't ready for my arrival but Kuna (hotel manager) was very prompt in making sure room received a deep clean after I had returned from beach walk which is 5mins from the hotel

Good points: Hotel was stunning Dining options locally were perfect. Bad points: Coffee machine in the room didnt work. Jacuzzi was overflowing and not turned on. Cleanliness wasnt the best. Some stains on bed frame.

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaners were lovely and polite too. The room was exactly like it was advertised on the Expedia webpage. All I would advise is you double check that the studio delux room has a balcony as our one did not.

"The room was clean and well equipped, including a fridge. Our room had a beautiful ocean view. The AC in our room worked beautifully. Common areas do not have AC, but there was no need, bc the windows were wide open and the breeze was wonderful. Staff was very nice and we were given bottles of water ..."
