"The place was in a good location, close to the old part of the town. The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive. However, the apartment was not very clean, especially the bedding was never washed. There was no sheet on the sofa, even though the owner claimed there was one. The covers and the pillowcases smelled bad. There were only three coffee mugs to use. The glass wall in the shower was loose and needs to be fixed because it felt like a hazard. The major criticism is the bedding being unwashed and unclean. When we opened the sofa bed in the living room it did not have any sheets to cover the hair and dirt underneath. "

"Restaurant closes after 9pm and is very good with charming staff. Well priced good quality wine list, talented chef. Breakfast in a different room from 8am to 10am runs out of hot food and is a little disappointing for EUR 12. Room was spacious and clean and worth a bathroom upgrade. Parking overnight was great on street."

"Excellent location, walking distance from everything. It has parkin but make sure you reserve before you arrive. The staff were super friendly and spoke very good English. Beds are comfortable, nice showers and nice bar downstairs."

"We had a wonderful stay. What an absolute treasure. The most beautiful room at top of building. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed on a Sunday night so unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Very helpful lovely staff. I would highly recommend this hotel in a lovely quiet part of Troyes but all easy walking distance. Perfect"
