"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!"

"This was incredible on many levels. The service is stellar and there’s so many perks. The washing machine was wonderful. Having a refrigerator was great. The espresso machine was lovely and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very, very comfortable and there is so much light coming into the apartment. It’s well appointed with lots of extra touches and plenty of kitchen items and all you’d need to entertain. The place slick’s new and was absolutely spotless. Again, stellar service and so thoughtful. This is where you want to stay! "
