    This modern apartment in a historic building has been completely redecorated in grand style and awaits you with a fresh and modern design.

    The location is excellent:
    This popular location right on the Oldenburg Coastal Canal is within walking distance of the city centre yet remains in a quiet setting.
    You’ll find a 110-square-meter apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom on the 1st floor.
    You can start your day comfortably with a cup of coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer, especially the sweeping view of the Coastal Canal.
    The apartment features two comfortable double beds, a smart TV with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and everything you need.
    The brand-new bathroom is equipped with a large shower, and there’s also a washing machine in the apartment.
    Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo.
    With its comfortable sleeper sofa, the apartment can also accommodate a fifth guest.
    There are plenty of free parking spots available along the entire street.
