"The suite we have stayed in was extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The quality of the furniture and everything else in this hotel was superb. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, and location was great! We have stayed in many hotels in Wroclaw, but this one was best of all. I am looking forward to our next stay there. "

"The hotel is located literally in the city center, opposite the majestic old town hall. It is surrounded by a bustling market square with eateries, bars and market stalls. Public transport brings you close by, however the area is pedestrian. Checkin was fast and nice with lovely and correct staff. The room did not have a view (there’s an inner courtyard that’s closed for storage). However it was new, large, bright and very comfortable. Amenities included TV, (empty) fridge, desk, hairdryer, toiletries, blackout curtains. Breakfast was good, in the hotel’s dedicated restaurant. Buffet included sandwich options, some basic hot items (eggs, bacon) but not much sweet. Coffee, tea was from machines while juices were machine but also house-made. The one qualm I have is with the soundproofing. The market square gets super-loud at night and even a room such as mine with no direct access to the square was quite loud, what to think of the outside rooms? The bed comfort compensates somewhat but for those easy sleepers out there it’s important to note. I for one would return: the price/comfort point and convenience of everything being near are hard to beat. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel, but can’t rate it excellent due to some small points; no bin in the living area, just a small one in the bathroom; there was no bedside table/lamp, well there was but it was on the other side of the room which can be awkward when you switch the light off. In addition, the TV didn’t work and there was no fridge in the room. As I said, small things but somewhat irritating. However, the hotel is lovely, impressive lobby, comfortable, if somewhat severe furnishings in the room and the breakfast was very good! The location was also great, very quiet and within easy walking distance of the city centre. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s a walking distance to Old Town, historical places, stores, yet next to the park and river providing more resting atmosphere. Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. I got vouchers to the bar and I tasted most delicious latte. The restaurant on site is beautiful and I had the best duck ever. Rooms are clean and spacious. Each room has a small fridge and a pitcher to heat up water. I was able to adjust temperature in the room. On site is a gym and a spa. I got an amazing massage with shea butter. I got to know people working there and this truly became my home away from home. This is the place I am definitely gonna go back to. Thank you!"
