"Wonderful hotel, would definitely be 4 star if they offered food. Staff were all very accommodating and the roof top pool and bar is amazing. It doesn't get too crowded as it's only for the use of guests. Rooms were a good size with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend."

Communication with him and the family was seamless, which made everything feel easy and stress free. "Very interesting concept for a hotel to have it inside a shopping complex. We arrived at night while it was raining. The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly."
