Primeiro informamos q chegaríamos na madrugada,e nos disseram q teria pessoas para nos receber, porém ao chegarmos o gerente desconhecia essa informação, nos colocou em uma acomodação diferente da escolhida. Nessa acomodação, não havia cortina na porta nem janela blindex, tirando a nossa privacidade, aumentando a sensação de calor pois o sol entrava todo no lugar, impedindo-nos até de saber se o fogo estava aceso no fogão. Ar condicionado bem antigo, e custava a...

"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."
