"This property was in a great area in Cala Ganone. Right on the main strip on the sea, the Lungo Mare. Walking distance to many restaurants and a small beach area. Also walking distance to the port where we picked up a boat tour that took us to some beautiful beaches only accessible by boat. The hotel was very clean. Great breakfast, even had omelets to order. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel is the perfect place for anyone staying in Cala Gonone. They offer a great shuttle service to the town and have a wonderful pool. Their service was excellent and offered a good breakfast, I highly recommend it!"

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
