A casa é exatamente como anunciada, muito aconchegante, impecável... o bairro parece ser novo, muito tranquilo, mas sem muitas opções de passeio, como lojas, bares, lanchonetes... mas indo até o centro há várias opções... Cordialidade e atenção excelentes, tanto do Rogerio, como da Regina e Moacyr... Nota 1000
