"Excellent hotel right in the centre of Riga old town, handy public parking just behind the hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional and my room was large and lovely with a very modern bathroom and great big bed. I felt for the cleaning staff though as with the snow and ice everyone was bringing in wet muddy boots so a special mention to the maids and cleaners. "

"The rooms were very large, well appointed and the bathroom was lovely. The heated bathroom floor was a really welcome surprise. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had everything one could hope for. We had dinner at the hotel our first night and it was, by far, our best meal of the trip. Some pointers for the hotel - the showers were a bit spotty and it was a challenge to find consistently hot water. The rooms were a bit cold and it appeared the temperature could not be regulated. Other than this, we had absolutely no complaints. "

"Friendly staff, great spa facilities that was included with our room and the room itself had everything needed. It was clean, well equipped and even has a minibar. despite it being -21 over night, the room was warm and comfortable. The location itself is also absolutely ideal for visiting Riga. The airport bus stops it front of it and the entire city is walkable for there."
