- Very quiet area closed and composed of 19 townhouses with its communal garden of more than 1,200 m / 2 fenced that has direct and private access to the beach only for residents of the urbanization, without vehicle circulation. It gives the feeling of private beach.
The townhouse is 38 meters from the beach sand.
1 full bathroom, 1 toilet with shower and 1 outdoor shower in the patio when you come from the beach, where you can also store beach accessories (surfboards, beach chairs, etc).
