Complejo de apartamentos bastante nuevo, a dos pasos de la.playa y con tres piscinas. El apartamento en general estaba limpio con algún detalle. Bueno aire acondicionado, buen wifi. Está más enfocado a familias que a parejas pero la la playa está a dos pasos y es maravillosa. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de bares o restaurantes pero hay uno en el complejo y chiringuito en la playa. En el resort sí que hay un centro comercial, restaurantes...

Our stay
The views from our room were lovely looking over part of the golf course and pool. The Residences area was however a little tired and looked unkept regarding the gardens and surrounding areas and also the pool. They did start mowing the day we left. I know the entire complex is a massive area, but The Residences felt like a poor cousin to the rest of this magnificent resort.

2 bedrooms and apartment ok, but bathroom way to
Nice place and great livingroom and kichen and 2 bedrooms. All clean But bathroom and specialy the shower was very small. Also shower 3 in a row was not possible the last one always had cold water.

Ok apartments but remote location
Modern apartment block which was overall clean apart from cleaners leaving a damaged soap dispenser on floor of bathroom so liquid soap had leaked out and dirty dishes left on roof terrace. Amenities were good (pool, gym) but there is little else around Definitely need a car to get to Oliva

confort d'un appart avec service d'un hotel
trés bon séjour à las dunas - Oliva. appart confortable. quelques prestations hôtelières appréciables comme le petit déjeunée au restaurant, le nettoyage de l'appart si on reste + de 7 nuits, un petit train qui nous emmène jusqu'au centre commerciale, des animations à coté de la grande piscine pour les plus jeunes durant juillet-aout. Très proche de la mer. Par contre, pas d'animations extérieurs. Au niveau de l' appart : douche un peu petite (mais ce n'est pas là qu'on vit le plus) et plaque de cuisson dont la rapidité de chauffe n'est pas son fort (pas grave, on est en vacances).

Perfect location when you are at MET Oliva. Nice and clean appartment. For anything else than the equestrian center you need a car. Not many restaurants or activities close.

Dear guest, Thanks for sharing your opinion after your stay at Las Dunas. We hope you had a great time at the showjumping competition at Centro Ecuestre Oliva Nova. The apartments are located only 150 metres from the equestrian facilities and from the beach, within walking distance. The Equestrian Center has 4 different restaurants and, only two minutes drive away, there is the Shopping Centre Oliva Nova with shops, supermarket and some bars and restaurants where to enjoy the local gastronomy. Gezin met tieners, prima verblijf gehad. Heerlijke vakantie, bedankt. Mooi gebied met veel leuke plaatjes in de buurt. Wel auto nodig. Loop afstand van het strand

Me gustó que el apartamento es espacioso y estaba limpio. Las sábanas y las toallas también bastante limpias. Muy recomendable para familias con niños porque dispone de facilidades y amplitud el apartamento en sí. Personal de Recepción: mejorable. No nos facilitaron toda la información relativa a horarios en cafetería del complejo. Horario de la cafetería del complejo: bastante regular. Cierran a las 22.30h cocina, en época de vacaciones con niños, teniendo en cuenta que no hay restaurantes/bares cerca? El desayuno que tomamos, además de ser caro, el pan estaba "chicloso". El césped de la piscina estaba bastante mal, la verdad. En general, positiva la estancia.

Fenomenal!!!
Nos dieron un ático fenomenal, my amplio y bonito, con una terraza enorme y solárium, todo limpio y ordenado. Nos ha encantado. La playa muy cerca y limpia. La única pega es la falta de ocio y supermercados por los alrededores, hay que coger el coche. Eso sí, en cambio es muy tranquila la zona. Volveremos.

Estan muy bien los apartamentos, sobre todo si tienes niños pequeños, pero no habia actividades o club para jovenes como hay en otros alojamientos. Mis hijas con 12 y 14 se quedaban fuera de las actividades. La pista de padel ademas de ser de pago era algo cara, deberia tener un precio mas simbolico para los huespedes de alli.

Es war leider sehr sehr ringhörig und die Hotelgäste waren extrem laut! Die Gäste konnten ungestört bis am Morgen um 4 Uhr Party machen. Zusätzlich waren die Zimmer nicht sauber. Würde ich nie mehr buchen.

Super für Familien
Wir waren dort off season und es war angenehm. Roberto in der reception war ein Schatz und es hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnungen und Bungalows sind neu, die Betten waren für uns (nicht zu hart nicht zu weich) sehr gut und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Da wir andere Unterkünfte in dem Resort kennen, werden wir uns für las Dunas nicht nochmal entscheiden (Golf Spieler ohne Kinder) aber werden definitiv für Freunden mit Kindern empfehlen. Punkt Abzug nur weil wir nicht die Zielgruppe waren.
