Apartment "Brooklyn 1" with fiber optic Wi-Fi, three exterior bedrooms, located one minute from Oliva beach and two minutes from the leisure area, restaurants, beach bars, and all services such as supermarket, pharmacy, church, and bus stop. Situated on a quiet street.



It offers two double bedrooms and one single, all with built-in wardrobes. The living room has a sofa and a spacious covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped and features a laundry area, pantry, and a full bathroom with shower. Appliances include a coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, iron, and hairdryer.



The neighborhood is family-friendly and very quiet, just steps from restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco shop, and church. In summer, there are beach bars and water activities such as kayak rental, paddle surf, banana boat, catamaran, as well as surf and sailing schools. Two minutes away you will find play and sports areas on the beach, such as beach volleyball, beach soccer, and a playground.



Everything you need is nearby and can be reached on foot in less than two minutes. It is an ideal area to park your car and walk to all places of interest.
