The Villa Barcelona is a dream house. It is located on the Costa Blanca between Valencia and Alicante in the luxurious Oliva Nova resort. The villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a top location (quiet & central) directly on the 1st line to the golf course. You can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain with fine white sand, the golf course, paddle places, excellent restaurants, etc., as well as the international riding facility within a few minutes on foot. The nearly 800 sqm plot has its own private parking and a heated pool (8 x 4m). The luxuriously equipped villa with 313 sqm of living space offers everything for your dream vacation. Built in 2011 according to the highest residential quality standards, the villa was renovated in 2025 after a change of ownership and further improved visually and technically. The exclusive villa has a high living comfort in new building quality, which is extraordinary for rental properties! The four master bedrooms, three of which have luxury en-suite bathrooms, a fourth bathroom, as well as the guest toilet, the spacious open living area with columns, large dining area, and open luxury kitchen are outstanding. All bedrooms and the living area have their own access to the large terraces on the ground floor and 1st floor with a fantastic view of the golf course and the mountain backdrop on the horizon. With a view of the pool, there is a column-framed, covered terrace (approx. 25 sqm) on the ground floor, which always provides sufficient shade. In the spacious lounge area, you and your guests can relax at any time. At a separate dining table for 8 people, you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air in any weather. Technically, the house is equipped with top quality. It has its own solar system, heat pump, and high-quality integrated air conditioning (cold/warm), which always creates a pleasant room climate. The villa has powerful WLAN, an internet-capable 65" TV with satellite connection, and a 2nd TV. The house has been tastefully furnished with selected designer furniture, high-quality beds, built-in mirror cabinets, quality brand appliances, etc. Pets are warmly welcome by arrangement! Hemos disfrutado mucho de la amplitud de la casa, tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Nos fue imposible quitar el aire acondicionado, y aun dejándolo muy bajo, había un ruido contaste que resultaba muy molesto, especialmente por las noches.

Excelente alojamiento en Resort de Primer Nivel

La casa esta nueva y en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. La ubicacion es muy buena con vistas a campo de golf y campo de practica. Esta a 1000 metros de la playa. La cocina equipada muy bien, cuenta con AA central y la piscina esta impecable.
