"The room was very spacious, more than expected! I have little complaints other than we had found a hair in our towels at one point and the TV had a fairly consistent delay/glitch. Other than that, it was a great room and I would definitely stay there again."

"There was a deafening noise just outside my room all night. Was told it would stop at 11pm. It did not. Apparently, it was the service elevator that was keeping me awake. Front desk did not offer for me to move rooms. I was told they’d stop the elevator at 11pm, but sure enough, it was still keeping me awake at 1:30am, 3am, 5am (when I took videos for sound recordings). Desk offered me an apology and breakfast the next morning, but that’s far from what I’d expect of keeping me up all night. I was told by the front desk that many people had complained so I wasn’t hearing things. My wife listened to my videos and her comment was, “it sounds like a train going through your room”. Not good!"

"I stayed a 5 night stay for work. The staff was friendly, room was fine, the microwave on the properties were broken."

"Budget-friendly, centrally located place with zero frills rooms. Kitchenette to encourage long-term stays. I will not be staying again, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't. Just not my cup of tea."

"I requested and paid for a room for 4 people, the room had a king suze bed and a 2 seater sofa that wiukdnt fit 2 people , very unconfortable . Had only 2 towels , which i complained to the frint desk and never git other towels , so i dropped off my daughter and grandson at fruends house so they coukd be mire comfortable. "

"We had people working in the house on the mornings walking by the windows and the windows bathrooms had no curtains! They walked by the beds. Very uncomfortable There was a family sneaking in the patio looking at the property and they even tried to go inside when we were leaving for a party "

"Older facility, but well-maintained. Front office staff (Amy) was great. Room clean; we appreciated the ADA-height toilet! Quiet location; Starbucks on Ohlone College campus w/in 5-10 minute walk. Good value for the price."
