Set in the hills of Las Colinas, Villa del Cel is a spacious holiday home with Mediterranean-style interiors and multiple outdoor living areas. Terracotta flooring, traditional wooden cabinetry and whitewashed walls reflect regional architectural influences, while large windows provide views over the Garraf Natural Park. The villa accommodates up to ten guests across four bedrooms, including a main suite with a walk-in wardrobe and jacuzzi bath. Additional beds on the lower level allow for flexible sleeping arrangements, particularly suitable for families.


The outdoor areas are designed for shared use and relaxation. A heated swimming pool is located alongside an outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue, making outdoor dining straightforward. There is also a bar and games area with ping pong and table football. Several terraces, including a covered dining space, offer shaded seating and open views across the surrounding landscape. This really is a great spot to sit outside with the family all day and enjoy the warm weather!
Located in a quiet hillside setting, the villa is approximately a twenty-minute drive from the beaches and town centre of Sitges, combining a peaceful environment with convenient access to local amenities in this desirable area of Spain.

Villa del Cel is ideally located in the quiet and leafy Las Colinas neighbourhood, a scenic hillside area just inland from the vibrant resort town of Sitges. Known for its beautiful beaches, boutique shopping and lively dining scene, Sitges is a popular spot for families and couples alike. Just roughly fifteen to twenty minutes from the villa, it offers a buzzing atmosphere in contrast to the tranquillity back home.


The villa also sits on the edge of the Garraf Natural Park, inviting guests to explore its walking and cycling trails. For day trips, the Penedès wine region lies close by, home to some of Spain’s best Cava producers and charming vineyard tours. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to OT. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.



Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:

- €20 per cot mattress topper

Extra €220, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old.

Please note that there is a mandatory heating charge of €300 per stay, applicable from mid-October to mid-April, and payable locally. Outside of these times, the heating costs are included in the rental price. Please enquire for more information.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €280 per week (to be paid locally on arrival). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. For stays outside of May-September, please request for the pool heating to be activated at least 5 days prior to arrival. This option is subject to an additional charge. Tourist Tax payable locally in cash, typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required.
