"Incredible scenery, tucked in between the mountains of Peru. Hugo has a wonderful home. Lots of space with a fenced in yard, swing set and cabana. We enjoyed every inch of the space. Full kitchen was great for cooking and eating dinner in. The cabana was warm and bright in the morning sun for having breakfast. Their distance from town is far enough way for a quiet night's sleep, and close enough to walk into town if you're feeling adventurous! Heated showers were a welcomed feature. "

"The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. "We were two families (10 people), and the house was perfect for us, and we would have been comfortable with even more people. The housekeeper and property manager take great care of guests. The outdoor and indoor spaces are beautiful. The garden/grounds as well as the mountain scenery are gorgeous. The kids enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property and using the hammocks. Top Ollantaytambo Hotel Reviews

Hotel Samanapaq

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel that feels like an oasis in a quaint little town. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. This is a great place to stay."

Sol Miranda Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed 1 night after Machu. It’s a solid little hotel. Excellent location and nice room. The view outside the window was of the Fortress! Very cool! There was complementary water bottles, a hot pot and various teas in the room, which was nice. My sheets were crisp and clean but my daughter said hers were not? The beds were very comfortable. We slept with the window open and it was perfect weather. The water situation was interesting. We had to put the knobs in a precise alignment for the water to turn off completely and there was NO WATER for part of the day. The manager said it would be back on at 5:00. It seems like it’s a common occurrence. It worked out fine because we were gone from the room and it was back on when we returned. The breakfast was the usual fair. The bread everywhere in Peru is amazing. The cook made an omelette with onions at our request and it was fantastic! They were kind enough to store our luggage. Overall good experience."
