- Located on the seaside, in the Valinco gulf (south of the Ajaccio gulf), the enclosed private property of 2000 m2 is filled with palm trees, olive trees, lemon trees, bougainvilleas and others flowers. You will enjoy peace, rest and conviviality moments in this beautiful house of 280m2 on 3 levels.
The 280m2 villa is composed of 2 flats:
- 1 large duplex flat with 6 beds, with balconies, patios and a solarium
- 1 smaller flat (F2 type) with 2 beds on the garden level with a patio
Equipped with a heated pool, protected balconies and patio, with a stunning view of the Valinco gulf from the Camporomo south tip to the Porto Pollo north tip.
Reversible air conditioning in the large duplex flat (in all bedrooms, the living room/dining room and the kitchen).
No air conditioning in the smaller flat as much cooler, being on the lowest floor and built in the rocks. Fans provided.
