"Great for a short stay to visit the Bük bath next by. Good selection of restaurants close by and parking in front of the door. Check in was seemless and rooms are pretty big. We even received a room upgrade. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. "

"Great place for a family enjoying sports in a great town. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping."

"Great stay. Nice staff. Things for kids to do. Nearby pool and restaurant great. Buffet wonderful. Front desk staff friendly esp. GABOR. Will come again."

"Nettes Personal, Hotel super :) "

"Great place to stay!"

"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Fick ett väldigt dåligt bemötande, frågade om save box samt aircondison! Svaret det ingår inte! Inte att ge aternaiv! Vid ut checking ser man att person inte ens hade kunskap att printa ut fakturan. Sedan på eter midaggen fick jag ett mail om att jag inte betalat för vatten ( 22 sek) Det är väl inte jag som kund som skall ställa frågan vid utcheckning! Jag hade inte en tanke på detta! Så jag är mycket missnöjd med kund bemötande!"

"Hotel good, just the breakfast is poor"

"Very hospitable and friendly atmosphere. All required amenities available."

"This place was PERFECT for our trip! Very friendly host, very clean, and the breakfast in the morning made us feel at home with fresh buffet style food. Great choice of coffee, juice, and fresh fruits. I would love to return in this wonderful place."

"Very convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Clean, good service, location in the centre"

"This place is overpriced and not well maintained. The outdoor pool is dirty. The indoor amenities are also not cleaned regularly. The kids playroom had food and ants all over for over a day. Staff is rude and make judgmental comments ( why are you drinking coffee before workout? Coffee makes you dehydrated. You are clearly not a real sport man!- actual comment made by the staff). Also this place is in the middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. Also drinks are not included in the dinner...

"Wonderful time with my family and friends! "

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was...
