We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and were extremely unproffesional and the manager looked like a teenager they even tried to overcharge our safari guide. This place is a complete scam "

"The Soap lodge is located just outside Amboseli National Park. It is an absolutely beautiful sanctuary with luxurious rooms, wonderful staff, awesome cultural experiences and delicious food. The staff bent over backwards to provide excellent service and were exceptionally friendly and fun. We absolutely LOVED our stay there! "
