The hotel was dirty and unvlean, the highchiar provided was dirty and broke as soon as my child sat in it causing my child to hurt himself, hotel did nothing to help. The room we where given was extremely small and the balacony was unsafe, also next to sewage tank, hotel manager wouldnt change room or refund when asked.
