Everything was pristine and beautiful! They had a lovely welcome message and chalkboard, snacks, a variety of cold drinks with chilled glasses and a coffee/tea bar that is seriously making rethink my life at home. Everything was so welcoming and accommodating.

Wonderful Stay

This was a great home base while visiting family. The continental breakfast and coffee bar were delightful. We enjoyed the trail to the beach and the hot tub. Would be a PERFECT spot for a relaxing girls getaway.

Beautiful retreat for a romantic get away

The property is beautiful, the pool table makes for a great evening of fun. The walk to the bed is very relaxing and the hot tub was sublime.

Perfect for Retreat

Hosts were amazing! It was a perfect stay.It was quiet and peaceful, beds were very comfortable and slept great! The bathroom was immaculate! So many little things that made it outstanding. Perfect space for working remotely. Loved the coffee and a few goodies that hit the spot late at night and early in the morning. Definitely staying here again and would highly recommend the Woodsy!!!

Excellent hosts!

We loved our stay at Woodsy Retreat. Our hosts had welcome drinks, crackers and cheeses, and a lovely continental breakfast ready and waiting for us! We loved the cozy decore and homey feel. The pool table was such a treat! We will rent this anazing place again.

Comforting, cozy stay

I loved staying in this property! We needed a get away from normal busy life and this was perfect. It feels like they thought of every possible thing we could need, including an abundance of snacks. The hot tub and forest trail were amazing!

Thoughtful hosts and great getaway!

Danica and Phil were very communicative and welcoming hosts! A friend and I stayed at the Woodsy Retreat for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. From the fresh bread, to the continental breakfast, the coffee, it was all so appreciated and all the special touches made the space the perfect spot to stay.

Peaceful spot in the forest

Such a sweet place surrounded by forest. Everything was clean and spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked and fun to cook in. The beds were so comfortable. We heard a Great Horned Owl in the trees one night and the frogs symphony.

The property was amazing. The host had snacks next to the pool table. Also, there was a continental breakfast setup on the coffee bar along with cheeses and drinks in the refrigerator. There were plush robes and slippers to wear out to the hot tub, which was really nice since it was cool out. The trail out the backdoor to the state park trail was amazing. We had such an enjoyable time!

Absolutely love this place! Woodsy Retreat is much much more than just a retreat. It is a place of respite and refuge! My wife and I came back again in less than one year for another stay because of how special this place is. The level of hospitality shown by the hosts is unrivaled and unparalleled by any other vacation rental that we have stayed. We never left once during our stay and didn’t need to because of all the amenities, snacks and an astonishing coffee/tea bar. The intentionality in there hospitality was very unique and specific to our individual wants/likes such as “what drinks do you prefer?” Who does that! Private hot tub in a rainforest, fireplace, pool table, crisp and clean down feather comforters that make you sleep like a baby…. If you want a break from the world this is the place. Our hearts are full and spirits renewed . Looking forward to next time already. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars

Another great stay at The Woodsy Retreat!

This is our second stay here and it was another great stay and time! Does not matter what the weather is or time of year…..this place makes you feel comfortable and cozy. We will be back…hopefully soon!

Lovely secluded peaceful place

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. It was very comfortable, clean and Danica had stocked it with loads of tempting treats as well as lots lovely things for breakfast. There were also more coffee and tea choices than I think I have ever seen in similar properties. The hot tub was a real delight and we enjoyed using it both nights. Unfortunately, we used all of our energy up walking around downtown Olympia and the Farmer's Market so didn't explore the lovely forest and beach behind the property. A good reason to return.

Great Birthday Getaway!

We came and stayed a few nights for my wife's birthday and had a great stay. There was delicious homemade bread waiting for us along with some other great goodies. The location is amazing with a short trail to the state park, perfect woods-walk location. Communication was amazing. Thanks for the great stay!

A delightful place

This is such a lovely retreat in the woods! We enjoyed the outdoor spa and all of the thoughtful touches throughout the space. A trip to the beach was fun too. I wish we’d stayed more than one night!

Awesome woodsy retreat

Charming Intimate and beautiful.

Woodsy Retreat, was absolutely perfect for us. The owners really go above and beyond with the little details. I particularly enjoyed their little coffee station. So many choices and delights. It had all the convienence of home with a freling if camping outside. Sleeping with the windows open listening to the frogs and the the rain come down in very vomfortable beds gave us the ability to get some real needed dwep rest. Highly recommend Woodsy retreat for a small family or a couples get away

Beautiful Gem!

This place is beautiful, with a lot of special and thoughtful touches. It is both beautiful, cozy and tranquil inside and out. A lot of outdoor areas for sitting and dining. Beautiful view with trails that will take you to the water. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming and have thought of everything to make your stay amazing.

Get ready for a spa like visit to restore & renew !

A friend and I rented the Woodsy Retreat for our stay during a dance workshop and were delighted we did! This was one of the best rentals I have been to, with so much attention to detail. Super comfy beds, yummy breakfast provided, AMAZING hot tub facing the woods, we definitely will be returning. Dancia was so kind in her communication. Five stars and then some !!

I have stayed at several "rentals" and this place was amazing! One of the best we have stayed at! The little extras was so nice and wonderful. The breakfast treats, coffee/tea bar etc. Even cold beer in fridge!? Everything was super clean. Beds wonderfully comfortable. Everything you need to cook amazing meals. Cant say enough good things about this place! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing space
