Super friendly staff

"Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait."

"Geez, the reception is nicely designed, definitely shows it has time and at least for me it looked like a middle eastern designed hotel so I was excited to experience how different it would be. Love the detailed walls and tiles but boy it needs refurbishing. Floor rags needs replacement, clothe paintings need cleaning, needs good scent in the hallway, needs separate rooms for smoking and non smoking rooms. The chairs and couch smells of cigarettes. No towel in the bathroom?? Good thing is the AC blew cold, the bed is big and pillows are decent. I like the loft upstairs bed, cool design like a tiny home. "
