"I left a review for my first experience, but i forgot to mention the shuttle driver left me for the beach, then returned later to waste time. The beach was a 5 min drive that ended up being 45 minutes due to this nonsense. This is what prompted me to only spend two days here along with other things. The front desk staff spoke english and that helped, but again no early check in offered and the lack of adapter in the rooms is just a huge inconvenience."

"Hotel is great. Lovely pools. Beach across the road from hotel is lovely. But it’s a 1 hour taxi from Copacabana beach. There is nothing else near the hotel. All hotels / apartments have gated entry. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly but the room and public areas were worn out. In the bathroom, there was an area surrounding the shower that was disgusting."
