"We booked 4 rooms at the Alt Hotel East Village for a wedding weekend. We were impressed with the front desk staff (esp. Hainah) who helped us with some on-the-spot changes we had to make to our schedule. The hotel is nicely designed, though the quality of finishes is not 5-star. The oddest thing is the floors in the rooms squeek, as if you are walking on an elevated floor. We could hear the people above us, so I can only imagine that we kept the people below us awak with our back-and-forthing. Beds were comfortable, amenities were nice, and the location was great. We'd definitely return."
