"The room was very well thought out for storage and the bed was super comfortable."

"Closet hanger was completely separated off the wall, the balcony door would not close properly and when it did close, it slammed extremely hard. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on and the hot water was scalding. Our last morning we were rudely awaken to an extreme loud couple that rented the room at 3am for only a few hours to nothing related to sleeping. Completely unacceptable for a child to have to hear that."

"This hotel has a modern European feel to it. The rooms are intelligently designed to capitalize on space usage while providing what you’d expect without feeling small. The bed was comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were friendly. The location near the Bow and Elbow is great for a morning walk. Good coffee nearby. Will be staying here again. "

"The staff was super welcoming, from the valet and check in staff to the staff members that were on duty during checkout. Room was super clean and looked after and the breakfast was amazing. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great and the staff were very accommodating. My daughter and her children were late arriving at the hotel from the airport and the staff did everything possible to make her stay as easy as possible. They gave us an extra hour for check-out. A staff member assisted with all the gear she had to bring, going so far as transporting it across the street! Emgen I think his name was, deserves special recognition for going the extra mile. "

"Great location. I loved the pool and hot tub. After a long tour day I got a steak room service and it was one of the best meals of my trip. The noon check out made it possible to check out the zoo in the morning before I had to pack up and head to the airport."
