A historic pair of lofts in the heart of the Old Market

These two historic across the hall lofts offer over a combined 2000 square feet located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. The spaces feature modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

You'll have access to two lofts (506 and 507) across the hall from one another - each with their own private entrance. Loft 506 features 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom with a King bed while loft 507 features 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king in the master) along with 2 full bathrooms for a combined total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In each bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet. The master suite in loft 507 features an attached bathroom.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

There are two full kitchens in each loft, with solid surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Each loft has as separate, private entrance off of the hallway across from one another. Any pets brought during a stay will incur an additional $149 pet fee.
