The Space:

Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.



Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.



Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Doorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment with a private entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Aksarben Village and the Baxter Arena is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.



Getting Around:

Car is best for exploring the city, but there is public transportation near by.



Other Things to Note:

1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 1-3 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a mile from the complex.



2. There will be lock out fee - $50,

unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50



3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls.
