Comfort & Space: 5BR Family Getaway w/ Pool, Fire Table, and game room!

The house is located in central Omaha, just a couple minutes from the Interstate which makes getting anywhere in Omaha so simple. It is just a 10 minute drive to the zoo or a 12 minute drive to downtown Omaha(traffic dependant).

The main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a couch and chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is also an additional family room/sitting area with tv just a few steps down. A spiral staircase off this living area leads to a loft which is our gaming area with some seating, foosball, and free arcade games to be enjoyed. As is the case with a lot of older homes, this loft area can be quite a bit warmer than the lower levels on warm days. Outside the loft, there is a small deck that overlooks the pool.

On the main level, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1&2 both have King beds. Bedroom three has two sections to it, separated by a sliding barn door with each section having a full-size bed. This bedroom also has one of the two bathrooms attached to it.

The basement features an additional 2 bedrooms that have queen beds and a third bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower as well as the laundry room. Note: the basement has lower ceilings with 7’ height in the bedrooms and bathroom with just over 6’ height in some of the hallways.

All TV’s in the house are Roku smart tv's for you to hook up to your streaming services. Every bedroom has a television, but we do not provide services or cable.

Outside, you will find your oasis with a beautiful outdoor pool, grilling area, and a covered Gazebo with outdoor dining, as well as outdoor seating and a fire table. For your convenience, propane is provided for both the grill and the firetable.

We gladly encourage you to bring along your four-legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 2). Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge a pet fee of $100

While we love to provide an awesome place for people to have a great time. This house is also in a great neighborhood and the neighbors live here full-time. We like to respect their privacy as well, so we do have strict quiet hours for the outdoor space. Please see additional notes for details.

The entire house is available for your use outside of a few locked closets for ours and our cleaners' supplies
Other things to note
The pool is always open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Exact times that we put it up and take it down will vary based on the weather but this is the minimum time it will be open.

Pets- we allow up to 2 pets for $100 pet fee

We do not allow Bachelor or Bachelorette parties in the house.

Out of respect for our community and our neighbors, no gatherings or parties at the house with any more than 12 total people.

For protection of our guests, property, and house rules, we have two exterior motion detecting cameras at the property, one on the front of the house and one on the back. Tampering with or blocking these devices are in violation of house rules
