The room reaked of cannabis and there was alot of shouting outside during the night. The beds were okay but the smell remained all night. It was also a non smoking room.

These rooms were large suites you would expect to ay much more for. The rooms have been renovated very well. We had a king bed. Room had fridge, microwave, couch and electric fireplace. I had a conference at the LaVista convention center. No need to spend big bucks staying there when you can be just as comfortable here. 7 minute drive to conference.

Staff was very nice,friendly! Room was clean, but extremely run down. Stains & burn holes on carpet, stains on sides of box springs, mold on walls/ceiling of bathroom. Definitely in need of remodeling! But it did serve its purpose and let us get some sleep before heading back home after a long trip.

Find somewhere else to stay

Hotel is old, old, old. First room had stains on the carpet, hole in wall and mold in the shower. TV did not work and after 2 visits from the manager, we requested a new room. New room was same except TV actually worked. Whole hotel needs a serious update and cleaning.

Good for price and convenience

Perfectly fine for the price. Room was clean and quiet. Served my purpose for an overnight stay while driving across country. Carpet was torn in spots and holes in blankets, but it was cheap and clean. Don't go in expected something more than you are paying for and it will be fine. Walked to Cracker Barrel from room in about a minute for dinner and drinks. Big plus in my book.

Our stay was for one night. It was a fair price and fit our need for the night. Only comment, "What happen to the size of the pillows in hotels these days? There were three pillows paper thin on a king size bed. Had to use my boots to prop my head up just to see the TV. Other that minor inconvenience it was good. Thank You.

The only issue I had was that I got a 'smoking' room. Not offensively so, but I forgot that not all states have prohibited smoking indoors. Next time I will try to remember to reserve 'non-smoking' accomodation.

i dont like it that i paid for my mom rooms and there was no breakfast at all and that was not stated on the website at all. there was a hole in wall and black moled makes me very offend and bugs in the room to.

Front desk clerk sound asleep when we arrived, not very friendly or helpful. Bathroom was dirty, wallpaper falling off the wall. Outlets falling out of the walls, lightbulbs burned out, no extra pillows or blankets. Outdated furnishings.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. My first impression was a very empty parking lot making me think the place was abandoned, my second impression was a locked lobby with bullet proof glass making me feel terrified, and third was a run down room with and old bed and furniture causing me a true panic attack. We found another hotel refusing to ask for our refund. In all the years of using this was my first horrible experience. Nothing matched what I reserved. You can look at my historical reservations and this does not match my past usage.

Never again will I stay here.

The door would not unlock, they had cut the screen, and I was instructed to open the window and lean through window to reach the handle on the inside! There was a smoke alarm in the room that had no battery! there are certainly safety and code violations here!

The suite was a good size (we were joking about it being the same size as our last apartment), and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly, but seemed generally confused by everything; no information was given at check-in about hotel amenities (e.g., WiFi password, breakfast) or check-out time (we had to call the front desk to ask). We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke (we’re moving across country and had an air purifier with us, so we set that up in the room and it seemed to help somewhat). Unfortunately, the entire suite was also very dirty. The floor was incredibly dusty (we had to wash our feet before getting into bed just from walking around inside), and the quilt was stained and smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a long time (our cat who likes to roll in gross things absolutely loved it, which was good for her but very concerning for us). The floor under the bathtub was soft, and there were no batteries in the smoke detector (the casing where the batteries go was open and empty). There were a few bugs, but they were clearly outdoor bugs that had gotten inside. Overall, though, it was an okay place to spend one night.
