Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home to stay next to the zoo downtown and I/80.

This home is super cozy with a firepit. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen & games to entertain all ages. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for a week stay. We can accommodate.

This home is just minutes to downtown and to the famous Henry Doorly Zoo. Not far from restaurants, entertainment, Berkshire Hathaway, CWS, and other popular events.
Steps going up, ON street parking only. Low ceiling in shower.
Please be respectful of the furniture, property, and neighbors. You have to pay for damages made to property and furniture.

No Smoking indoors or on the porch.
($550 fee if detected)

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Swing on porch weight capacity is 220lbs.
No jumping, please.

Great Location! Beautiful place!

We loved our stay! Kat was a fantastic host and the location is perfect! We really enjoyed being a 5min drive to the zoo and a 15-20 min walk to Little Bohemia! Really cute house too!

Great Property with Adorable Decor

Great little property in a convenient location and the way she’s set it up and decorated it is so beautiful. It was a perfect place for us to stay while our daughter was recuperating from surgery. We would rent it again!

Concert GetAway

We came from MN to attend a Jelly Roll concert, check out the zoo, and anything else Omaha had to offer. Was a great trip, cute house, amazing host, great location to the Zoo and the interstate to run everywhere. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Check in required nothjng other than the door code which got sent a few days prior to our stay and check out was sjmplu walking out the door.

Great Location

Loved this property. Kat was a great host, made herself available for any of our needs or questions. Be ready for some steps but completely worth it. Great location near everything we wanted to do.

Zoo trip getaway

This was perfect for what we needed while in town visiting the zoo! Kat was a wonderful hostess and our stay couldn’t have been better. Off street parking was a little tricky, but it worked out. Thank you.

Cute and cozy home in a great location

The house was really cute with a cozy feel inside. We visited Omaha with our kids and another couple and the house is in a really convenient location to downtown and the zoo. Kat was very friendly and responses were quick. We have a great time!

Cozy and good central location

It was a very cozy and well-maintained home. A very cute front porch. The kids loved the PAC Man arcade. The front steps were a little of a concern but overall a good central location to many activities. Kat was good to work with and gets back to you quickly.

The property is a very nice place. We loved the house and fire pit. Parking was a small issue but we were able to find a place to park a couple houses down. I will warn anyone that has issues with steps that there is some leading up to the home but other than that this place was the perfect home away from home. I would definitely rent it again if i come back to omaha.

GiGi's VACATION

Poppa & I decided to take 2 of our grandchildren on vacation with us this year. We had a BLAST! This property was very clean and a short drive to the zoo and many other kid friendly activities including awesome water parks. Kat was wonderful, my grandson left his blanket behind and she shipped it too us in North Dakota. You really can't find a host as gracious and easy to work with. Thanks Kat!! We hope to see you again on a future visit, (without the grandkids, lol).

Omaha Week

We stayed here during the week of The Fourth of July! Parking was the biggest downfall. Multiple times we had to park across or down the street from the VRBO. Kat was amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house was clean and well represented from the pictures. Stairs were steep and took some getting used to. Overall we would stay again! Location to the zoo and other bigger attractions was fabulous.

Great Location, Great house

Highly recommend. Kat has thought of everything, including providing some cookies and coffee! Perfect when arriving. Bedding and beds are comfortable, living area is large, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals. The entire house is filled with light from big windows, has comfortable big living areas and is super clean. Even though I was there by myself, the house could easily accommodate a family. One does need to be able to bring your suitcase up the outside stairs. Excellent rental.

This was such a cozy spot, it really felt like a home away from home. Plenty of room to relax and breathe, easily accommodating our group of four adults and a child. I have literally never been out of town and been so relaxed that I've chosen to take a nap instead of running around finding things to do. Absolutely loved the fire pit out back until the weather disagreed with us. Appliances are all modern as was the interior feel of the home. WiFi strength was solid throughout the house. Loved the front porch / sun room, especially at night. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening. The Henry Doorly Zoo is within walking distance, and The Old Market is a short drive up the road. Plenty of available activities and entertainment in the area. The Admiral Theater is also within walking distance if you're booking for a show (which was our original reasoning, but the show was cancelled). And most importantly, the water was HOT! Thanks so much, Kat! Hope to stay here again!

Great Location, Neighbor Can Be Really Loud

The property itself is in a perfect location for hitting the Zoo and Old Market areas. Most nights it was very quiet, but Saturday night the direct neighbor played loud Karaoke until late at night. Property owner was very responsive and even drove to the neighbor's house to get him to stop so Kat was very good. Just know that there might be some very loud music somewhat randomly at this location. Everything else was near perfect.
