Enjoy our Family's lake house cabin home. Just 10 minutes from The Henry Doorly Zoo. Private dock shared with neighbor.

-ONBOARD LIFE JACKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL WATERCRAFT USERS (BOATS, KAYAKS, CANOES, PADDLEBOARDS, JET SKIS). CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER MUST WEAR A LIFE JACKET AT ALL TIMES. IOWA LAW MANDATE
