The rooms were huge and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the zoo one day and perfect location to access zoo and Old Market area.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Staff was okay but the brand is weird, cold and off-putting. Rooms were not as clean as they could be, the lighting was awful and there were electrical issues.

My partner stayed here for a business trip. It was very convenient for him although expensive due to a conference being held nearby. The only negative was that he was unaware he needed to ask for his room to be serviced. He waited 4 days before querying this.

If I could give the staff an additional star I would. Class act. The parking lots a bit small and the back entrance is a Jeep commercial it's very rough to drive down. Over all there's no reason not to stay at this hotel.

The pool was nasty, murky nasty water. Seems like they haven't cleaned the pool in the las 6 months. My son really wanted to go to the pool but it was a total disappointment.

Hotel was good enough. Large, weird room. Great location. Staff was mediocre. Shades & cords in our large weird room were broken/off track. Random outlets throughout the room that were all (but one) too far from the bed to use for your phone. The lights are so high you have to get out of bed to turn off. Housekeeping was subpar. We asked for EXTRA towels- they left literally ONE towel (2 people in the room). The next day, we requested full housekeeping. We returned to our room at 9pm & no service had occurred. We had to go to the front desk for towels- AGAIN! Headboard was cloth and definitely hasn’t seen a vacuum or a lint roller ever. Shower was barely enough pressure to rinse soap. Breakfast was terrible if it was a free continental and they charge $11.95!!! We were given free breakfasts because of the continued flubs we were encountering. In conclusion, stay here with very low expectations and you’ll be fine. If you have basic expectations of a hotel, stay somewhere else.

The positives: it was located downtown and close to the places we needed to go, the staff who checked us in was friendly (she gave us breakfast vouchers when I reported that the window had no covering), the rooms were huge, there was workout equipment in the room and workout programs on the TV), the bed was comfortable, the shower was very nice, and there were workout opportunities (classes, a fitness room, etc.)in the hotel. The negatives: the huge street-facing window in our room had no covering ( the blind was broken, rolled up, and lying on the sill), the TV didn’t work (I reported this in our way to dinner, and by the time we returned, it was fixed), the room smelled somewhat smoky, the ice machine on our floor was not functional, and the hot food on the breakfast buffet was not very good. Overall, this hotel has a lot of promise, but during our stay, it was not at its finest.

This hotel was nice, however the staff made one to believe that there shuttle service for dining to downtown would be accommodating. When trying to reach them for a pick they wouldn’t pick up the call. After trying more and they picked the phone they forwarded me to the drives cell to arrange a pick up. He didn’t answer, had to get an Uber to get back to the hotel.

I did not like having to pay for parking in the hotel lot. That seemed like a scam to me. They should put a notice on the hotel website about that. If I would have known about that fee, I would have booked a different hotel. Also, the ice / water machine on my floor wasn't working. Very inconvenient.

The location was stunning, but unfortunately, the noise was overwhelming. Cars passing by and a nearby party disrupted the tranquility. While the manager effectively handled the party situation, the night took a turn when someone loudly kicked at my door, leaving me feeling uneasy and unable to rest. Despite the beauty of the place, the noise and safety concerns make me hesitant to return.

Paid for extra for breakfast only for them to be out of everything. Paying for park was double compared to other parking areas. No one ever got us clean towels that we asked for. We also needed at least 2 pillows so everyone had a pillow, we never got one.

Nice place, but traffic noise (motorcycles) at night was bothersome. Parking fee of 15 bucks a night is excessive, plus the parking lot scanner was inop.

Our policy is to cancel the reservation if the credit card declines and charge you the walk in rate. It sounds like the agent did not do that and instead gave you the lesser rate for room.

The overall stay was acceptable. Clerk refused to give a receipt after check out since I used Expedia. Shower amenities were low and sheets were stained with what looked like blood.

The property was contemporary and well kept. A modern and up beat feeling. The facility emphasis health and fitness with simple workout equipment right in the room. Even short videos playing to guide your workout on the TV. Large rooms. The bathroom door is sliding glass door and may not offer ample privacy for some. We stayed there since it was close to Old Town and the river walk area. Little bit too far to walk for some. Drawback is pay parking. We did not expect that. We would stay here again.
