To start off the front desk was inviting and pleasant. On the surface the room looked clean and well put together. Closer view , some of the towels had long blonde hair in them as well as the pillows in one of the beds and all over the couch in one of the rooms. The breakfast and pool areas were very nice and clean. Pool area very small but it was okay. Overall a great place if others hair doesn't bother you.

Remove "free newspapers in lobby" from your online description. There are NO newspapers. I love local daily newspapers when I travel. Appreciate room cleanliness, breakfast offers more items than most other hotels. Weekend before our room went from 90 degrees when checking in to 93 when trying to figure out heating system. Fan ran very loudly first night off and on. Then figured out way to stop fan next day.

The room was clean but no lotion in bottle, which was weird. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They had computer problems on the night i checked in but the front desk clerk was determined to be as helpful as he could be, and was escorting all of us to our rooms to let us in our rooms. Great service!

I stayed at this property on Thanksgiving and I was so pleased with everything throughout my stay. Even though it was a holiday, everything was up and running like it was a normal day. We had the kindest man check us in and he was such a delight! After a full day of holiday festivities and an evening movie - I was shocked to return to the hotel to see the same gentleman still working. And still just as delightful as he has been 8 hours earlier. The stay was great but your staff really pushes this place to the next level.
