We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This house was the perfect size for me, my mom, and a family friend. The house was clean, provided great instructions for check-in and check-out, and had everything we needed for our stay (linens, shampoo/ conditioner, etc.). We appreciated how quiet the surrounding neighborhood was while still having easy access to the Old Market, Aksarben, and Riverfront neighborhoods.

Stayed for CWS. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Small and cozy so best for families and friends who don’t mind sharing space! Host responsive. Place was clean and had all we needed.

Overall a good property. Our biggest complaints were the beds which had a standard size bed in a tight room. This bed was not very comfortable and made quite a bit of noise. Also the off street parking was a shared driveway but we couldn’t access it at times and were concerned we would be blocked in.

Great place to stay house was very clean and nice to stay in. If I had any complaints at all, I just wish the grass would’ve been cut. Other than that, I would give it a 10 out of 10.
