This hotel is absolutely beautiful with historic charm and modern updates. The amenities are superb. The best quality is the staff — every encounter was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Shilo in particular was amazing — friendly, took initiative, and super helpful. We could not have had a better stay, and we hope to return!

Our rooms were very nice; the restaurant is beautiful, the breakfast and dinner is great. The staff treats us like we've been friends forever. Parking is easy; valet fee is reasonable and quick. You might want to consider taking Uber during day jaunts, as downtown parking is crazy expensive. We always choose Hotel Deco while we're in Omaha.

This hotel is in a beautiful historic building. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were really impressed and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel! Our room air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. The staff moved us to a different room and gave us breakfast for free the next morning. During our stay, the staff was great. I would stay there again!

Fantastic historic hotel that's been updated with dramatic modern touches without losing the art deco character. It's located right across the street from the historic Orpheum Theatre, where I was attending a concert - and so were a lot of other hotel guests, I learned. Well-lit and comfortable bar area too, which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Asked for a high floor and was placed on the top floor with a corner room with windows on 2 sides, great views of downtown! Room was immaculate! It had 2 comfy chairs, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine! Nice bar and restaurant, however I got there too late to experience! Valet parking was reasonable priced and didn’t have to worry about parking!

The entire staff were absolutely outstanding!! They actually made our stay so much more enjoyable. No matter who we interacted with, they were genuinely nice and kind. I always felt that they were looking out for my entire families best interests and happiness while we were there for the week. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat outside of the hotel. I cannot say enough great things about all of them.

The Hotel Deco staff was superb. The front desk staff, manager and valet all went above and beyond on different occasions. The Monarch restaurant has inventive menu with excellent food. The architecture and decor was beautiful art deco.

Stay away. Poor management, old property and needs major updates. Not conveniently located either. I will never stay here again. Service level was low grade. Towels missing and had to go down after several requests were ignored and getvtowels from the front desk. Management not on property either. We had 4 rooms for business travel. Not a place for business folks.
