This property was impeccable. Bed was soft, decor was on point, house keeping was perfection, all amenities felt quality, etc.. Every single staff member of this hotel was friendly and enthusiastic. We loved this place. The location is urban but quiet and absolutely safe. If I were to complain I wished my latte was better but if that is all I have to say then this hotel is a bench mark for the quality all others should strive to be.

Hard to leave a review when they cancelled my room that was PREPAID. No phone call. No email. Just showed up to check in, and was told they cancelled it because I was late. Front desk didn’t care. Manager explained the situation much better. But i was not staying there after they told me I would have to pay for ANOTHER room.

The lack of parking options and restaurants or bars near the hotel were unfortunate. It wasnt a bad walk, but there is also nothing within sight of the hoyel. The speakeasy was run by a rude waitress, and wasn't worth the time of day.

This hotel is fabulous and for the price you can’t go wrong!! I read reviews on multiple sites and all of them were positive. I’m glad I took their advice! This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It smells like a spa in the lobby, elevator, and room. It has a historic retro vibe which is very cool. One of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! The room was spacious. The bathroom was large and the shower, amazing !! The staff so friendly and the valet was wonderful. We were there so my daughter & her boyfriend could go to a concert at the CHI Medical Center. It was only a few minutes from there and I dropped them off and picked them up. The valet gave me tips on where to park when picking them up and was prompt bringing me my car when I was coming and going all night. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and will stay again when I’m in Omaha!! I didn’t eat there or have room service so I can’t comment on that but there were plenty of places to eat around there.

I can’t say enough about Hotel Indigo. From the moment we arrived to our departure the staff was amazing. The hotels decor is eclectic but sophisticated. Our room was immaculate spacious and the style is cool and comfortable. Upon arriving in our room we received a text asking if the room was acceptable. We were in town for a concert and were excited to find out the hotel shuttle could take us to the Chi Center. We had drinks in the lobby while waiting the bartenders were friendly and the drinks were really good. Carlos was our shuttle driver and was amazing he dropped us right at the center’s entrance. Carlos assured us he would be waiting at that spot after the concert and he was there. We had drinks at the hotels speakeasy after the concert the dark and moody bar was such a perfect end to an evening. The hotel offers bikes as well. We hope to return sometime.

New and well kept, but not more in a sterile way. The chairs would do better if they were plush. Finish the coffee/mini fridge area off with a microwave to at least reheat food from the area. The space in amazing but not plush more like a store front window where your not supposed to touch anything.

Everything thing was good for the stay. The parking needs some help. Valet parking. It’s right outside the door or hotel. It was much faster to get my own car and park it for them to do it. I used app a couple of times to get car and no one had gotten by the time I got ready and went downstairs.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, unique decorating. It smelled wonderful! We didn't know before we arrived that they had a free shuttle service to anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. This was perfect for us on a rainy night where we went to see Lion King at the orpheum. Front desk check in person and shuttle driver were both so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

During my recent stay, I opted for their breakfast package, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The breakfast options provided were limited and the quality of the food left much to be desired. Additionally, I found the service at the hotel to be subpar. The staff seemed disinterested to guest needs, which detracted from the overall experience. While the hotel itself may have some merits, the breakfast package and service left a lot to be desired. The issue with mandatory valet parking needs to be addressed and resolved.

The free shuttle was awesome as well as the driver. The bar was super convenient and the bar tender Michael has some great mixing skills. Would definitely be back. Plan on paying for valet parking unless you want to park in a local public parking garage.

I absolutely loved this place and the history of it! Friendly staff especially their maintenance guy i wish i wouldve gotten his name but he told us more about the places history and the buildings around it and made us feel very comfortable and had some great jokes! Idk who he was but he deserves a raise he's the reason we want to come back. The cocktail bar tenders were also very caring and amazing!
