We had some difficulty finding it because there is more than one hotel in Salalah with Star House in the name and the property didn’t have an exact address on the reservation, only the street name. "I stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Esra Hotels with my family. The stay was okay, but the price was high for a 2 star rated accommodation. "It took so much time to check me in. The front desk guy was nice but he had to call the hotel manager to confirm that he received my online reservation. This is not the worst part yet, my room number is 99. That room was next to a generator or something that works on and off every five minutes. I could not sleep at all. I called the front desk to complain after 2 am but they are not picking up my calls. I had to check our at 3:30 am. "
