"The facility is meticulously cared for, the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional when addressing hotel residents. My only complaint is the frequent power outage that occurs to no fault of the hotel owners, but due to the energy challenges the country is confronting. The hotel ownership have their own power plant to compensate for the outage which is very effective in complementing the said challenge."
