"Bed mattress was stained horribly sheets were not clean microwave did not work in room staff was not helpful at all and did not make effort to get new room for us!"

"The staff was very nice The motel was clean it appears to be remodeling The bed is on a metal base and every time you get up or sit down on it it makes a horrible sound like somebody kicking a metal building. The bathroom was clean but the towels and washcloths were very dingy and worn out I was glad I had a makeup remover because I didn't want to use a nasty looking cloth on my face. At 9 a.m roomservice was knocking on our door wanting to know how soon we would be leaving The breakfast they served was nice several choices with juice, fruit, eggs, sausages, pancakes, biscuits and cereal"

"The house is very large and spacious, and there are plenty of separate areas for the kids to have fun and adults to have a break. We came here with only 5 people (ourselves and 3 kids) and overall it was a good time, but, we felt the listing was misleading. we chose this home over another home because it states they provide a kayak. They sent rules after booking that said to wear a life jacket at all times while using “The provided kayak”. We purchased 5 life jackets for this reason. When we got there we discovered there wasn’t a kayak and when we brought it to the owner’s attention they said they understood our confusion but that they never stated they would provide a kayak, despite the words “The provided kayak” being directly in the instructions.The pier was in bad condition. It looked like no one had been in it or cleaned it in years. It was covered in cobwebs, every chair and rail and corner had cobwebs and bugs trapped in the webs and spiders, and the chairs also were moldy and covered in webs. The pillows by the fire also had mold. The houses were both clean and looked nice. The bathrooms are amazing, and sitting in the spa tub was relaxing. Unfortunately the oven upstairs is not great. Overall we had a good time but the owners need to be more honest and also take care of the pier and oven and mold issues. Either way, worth it for a lot of space. "

"There was an excessive amount of spiderwebs on all the docks, otherwise it was perfect. Very minor inconvenience and honestly the only negative note."
