Mother/Daughter weekend

Met with Joan upon arrival and she was great. She gave us lots of ideas on where to go, what to see and places to eat. Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room for all. Will definitely stay here again.

Fishing get away!

The house was perfect for our fishing getaway. Rustic but urban all at the same time! We truly enjoyed our time there. Thinking about planning another trip soon and definitely will consider staying here again!

Great Getaway

A group of 6 of us stayed in this quaint house. There was plenty of space for all of us and we were very comfortable. The ownwers were very responsive to our requests and made a special trip for us, which we very much appreciated.

Awesome place to stay

Everything was clean very big house, six bedrooms. there are eight beds. Very nice place to stay very large parking area for a bunch of boats.

Great for family stay

Nicely appointed for family stays. Everything clean and well done. The second bathroom is tight and the shower may be best for children given the height of the showerhead but overall a very nice stay! It was nice to stay somewhere that didn’t feel the need to stick a TV around every corner as it leads to more actual time spent with family!

Wedding trip

This is a great location for hosting large groups who are looking for a place to crash for the night but plan to go out and about during the day. The many beds were comfy and the outside space was spacious. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

Great Location

This house was in a great location for our family getaway! We were super close to “all the things”- River, grocery stores, boathouse. House was super unique in its layout- enjoyed all the space for all the people.

50th Anniversary

Lovely site for our family gathering. We had plenty of room to accomodate three family groups for sleeping and six for a buffet dinner. Lovely yard for outdoor games and grilling breakfast.

Clares graduation weekend

We rented the property for a graduation .Jerry and Joan were awesome to work with. Check in went well. The property was in town but we had a very private yard to relax in.. we were close to La Crosse for the graduation ceremony. Everyone was happy with the property. Joan and Jerry were awesome hoasts. Wonderful Weekend Stay

We had a wonderful ladies-weekend staying at the house. Close to great hiking trails, boutique shops and restaurants. The house is very charming, clean and cozy. Joan and Jerry were equally wonderful with their attention to detail and suggestions on places to go and things to do in the area.

Very inviting. Clean easy to get to. Lots of room to hang out with friends and family. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The boys went ice fishing and the girls enjoyed sightseeing, shopping and playing games.

Get away at Lil yellowstone

Roomy and comfortable stay

We stayed here during a fishing week, and it met all our expectations. There's plenty of room for parking, and a nice big backyard. The house had everything we needed, and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Communication and check-in was simple and the place was clean and well appointed. The location is quite handy, with restaurants close and good shopping less than 10 minutes away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would return in the future.

Cozy, spacious home

Joan and Jerry were fantastic. The house is very cozy and spacious. We liked that the home is in a private setting. Very close to downtown La Crosse and the river. We had a great stay and Joan and Jerry were amazing!
