If you're looking for a respite retreat, this is your location!! Just five minutes to Onancock, you will love the peace and quiet of this small fishing village. The sunrises are stunning! With 2 large porches and an upstairs reading nook, you will have plenty of space for enjoyment .
Perfectly situated halfway between Chincoteague and Cape Charles, you can enjoy the bay and the Atlantic Ocean in the same day. A public boat launch is right out your door along with miles of kayaking and Sup if you choose. Did I mention fishing ? This area is known for some of the best on the eastern seaboard!
Only 3.8 miles from Onancock - an art community and very similar to Berlin, Md. 7 restaurants under 7 minutes away - this property will not isolate you, but, still give you the peace that you want and need. Here are more great features to the area:

- you must visit Saturday morning farmers market, where farmers come together with organic produce and baked goods and live music. There is a reason why Californians are moving here.
