*Once Upon a Tide* Waterfront Escape

Welcome to Once Upon a Tide, a peaceful waterfront cottage tucked away on a quiet road in beautiful Cocagne, New Brunswick.

Set on a private acre overlooking Cocagne Bay, our newly renovated cottage is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of the Acadian Coast. Wake up to water views, sip your coffee on the deck, spend the afternoon exploring nearby beaches and attractions, then come home to barbecue, play outdoor games, gather around the fire pit, or cozy up by the wood fireplace inside.

Once Upon a Tide is spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly, with three fully furnished bedrooms, one full spa-like bathroom with a deep soaker tub and walk-in rain shower, plus an additional half bath. The cottage includes two queen beds, a double-over-double bunk bed with a twin trundle, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, dining space for the family, extra seating at the island, and a highchair available.

The property is private and peaceful with a large yard, front and back decks, a patio area, fire pit, BBQ, lots of parking, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. Whether you are visiting as a family, a couple, or a group of friends, you only need to bring your food, clothes, and plans for a good time.

Inside, you will find thoughtful comforts including 1 GB Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, Smart TV and cable, board games, books, fans in every room, and everything you need to feel at home. Outside, enjoy washer toss, bocce ball, a volleyball net, and the kind of quiet evenings that make vacation feel like vacation.

Pets may be welcome with approval before booking. A pet fee may apply per pet.

Guests have full access to the cottage and property, including the backyard, fire pit, front deck, back deck, and outdoor spaces.

We live about 20 minutes away in Grand-Barachois and are easily reached by phone or text. A keycode will be provided before arrival, and we are happy to help with recommendations, local tips, or anything you may need during your stay. As hosts who love to travel, we want our guests to feel comfortable, cared for, and able to enjoy our little slice of paradise.

Our cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents, so we kindly ask guests to respect the property, the neighbours, and quiet hours after 11 pm.
