Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Instructions are in each room & hanging on the fridge in the kitchen.
Outside lawn area needs to be free of trash. Garbage cans returned to storage area.
Contact host 30 minutes prior to departure. A walk through with guest will occur to identify any problems that can be corrected prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Self-Clean: Guests are expected to leave the facility as they found it, clean. Exception, our staff will wash bedding, towels and remake beds.
Cleaning includes vacuuming, sweep & mopping floors, empty garbage, stripping beds, kitchen spotless, bathrooms, outside Bowery and grass area clean,
